• Images are not used for biometric identification, facial recognition, or identity verification.

4.2 Accuracy and User Responsibility

• The Company does not guarantee accuracy of extracted medication information.
• Users must verify all medication information with a licensed healthcare provider or pharmacist.
• Users must not rely solely on the Application for medication management.

4.3 Image Processing and Retention

• Images may be processed internally or by secure third‑party OCR providers.
• Images are used for user convenience only.

5. Legal Basis and Regulatory Position

5.1 HIPAA Status Clarification

• My Cares is a consumer-facing personal health and wellness application.
• ENTIRE MY CARES LLC is not a HIPAA Covered Entity or Business Associate.
• Data entered by Users is treated as a Personal Health Record (PHR) under the User's control.
• Information stored in the Application may not be protected by HIPAA.

The Company voluntarily applies security practices inspired by HIPAA principles but does not represent itself as HIPAA-compliant unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

5.2 FDA Position

My Cares is intended as a general wellness application and is not a regulated medical device under U.S. FDA guidance.
