How to Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your account and associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at: support@mycares.us
2. Provide your registered information: Include your registered email address or phone number associated with your My Cares account in your request.
3. Processing time: We will process your deletion request within 7 days of receiving your email.

Data Handling Disclosure

What Data is Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted from our systems:

• Account information and credentials
• Profile data and user preferences
• Activity logs and usage history
• Health and wellness data
• Medication information
• AI-generated insights and reminders
• All other personal information associated with your account

What Data is Kept

No personal data is retained after account deletion. However, we may retain anonymized system logs for security and compliance purposes.

Retention Period

Any anonymized system logs that may be retained for legal or security compliance purposes will be kept for a maximum of 30 days after account deletion, after which they will be permanently removed.
